Armação de Pêra has one of the biggest beaches in the Algarve. This beach is usually very crowded during summer time. The sandy area is extended next to the shore, where coffee shops, shops, restaurants and a long side walk let you go along the beach. On the eastern side of the beach, remembering the fishing tradition of this village, there are some colourful fishing boats displayed right on the beach.
