Arjamolho (cold soup)

Ingredients (serves four):

300 grams ripe tomatoes
1 green pepper
3 cloves of garlic

200 grams of hard bread
1 dl olive oil
2 cl wine vinegar

Oregano
Coarse salt

Take the skin off the cloves of garlic. Remove the skin of the tomatoes, take the seeds out and dice them. Clean and dice the green pepper.
Cut the bread in small slices and put all the ingredients in a pan.
Stir and serve very cold.
