Choquinhos fritos a Portimonense (fried small cuttlefish)

Ingredients (serves four):

1 kg of choquinhos
Garlic

A bay leaf
Olive oil

Salt
Piripiri

Sauté the garlic and the bay leaf in the olive oil until golden. Add the choquinhos, cleaned and drained. Season with salt and piripiri to the taste and simmer until ready.
