Papas de Milho acompanhadas com Marisco à Portimonense (polenta like dish with shell-fish)

Ingredients (serves four):

500 g of shellfish: clams, shrimp, cockles,razor fish, and mussel.

200 g of corn flour
4 tbs olive oil

50 g pork meat
Bread Crouchons

Cook the shellfish, remove the meat and keep the cooking liquid
Cut the meat in pieces and fry in olive oil. add the corn flour, some shellfish water and start stirring, add the shellfish liquid as the corn augments until it has the required consistency, then cook for about another 15 minutes. Finally, add the shelled shellfishes.
Serve the polenta with the crouchons.
